Vhylo’s Trip North

Vhylo Ventures north, curious as to what is happening with the northmen and their strange fascination with the white wizard, there must be something more to this, A wizard simply going mad, the thought terrifies Vhylo for a moment, but he remembers the oaths he has made to his lodge and his people and musters Syanna (His horse, named after his mother) onward. After a long days ride, Vhylo rests in an opening by some bushels, he grabs some rations from the rucksack on his Syanna, feeds the horse, and then feeds himself, he falls asleep, and dreams as usual, of that strange tower in the swamp, of the man with the white handed crest on his shirt, of the scar he received fighting the northmen, he stirs for but a moment to hear rustling in the bushes, he groggily stumbles to his feet, lifts his crossbow and takes a wobbly aim at the sound, but it was merely a family of birds, a young bird learning to fly did not learn to take flight in time, and the parents were mourning its passing, the crossbow returns to its perch, next to Vhylo's hands, he sighs, wondering, if he is the new-born bird, or the parents, soon to mourn all they had fought for and raised, this trip to the north had better yield answers.

After returning from the lands to the north and to the south, scouring middle earth for answers to the Dunlendings and their growing compassion towards a man in white, He traveled to the Ettenmoors to see the growing darkness and to Dunland itself to see to the people there. Vhylo gathers the Lodge, to inform them of some of what he has learned "My news from the surrounding lands is dire my friends, the Dunlendings have begun to believe the white wizard is going to lead them back to the lands that were stolen from them, back to Rohan, I have no confirmation as to whether this is the white wizard publicly known or not, as these could be imposters or lies, but what they say, and the growing darkness gives me pause, the Dunlendings are adamant they will take back what was taken from them, and have only seemed to grow more savage as years have passed, though they are not all this way, some of them spoke with me, in hushed whispers, of the fear spreading among some of them, some wished we could get them and their children away from this madness, but we have not the strength nor the information to free these people. Middle earth is on the brink of something, although i do not know what, and i do not know why or why is instigating it, what i do know however, is if members of the lodge were waiting for their time to become respected, their time to be remembered, it seems that time is beginning now, it seems that the Lodge will be at the forefront of a great happening, so i ask you all, be prepared, and ask yourself, "Can i be a legend?" truly ask yourself, because your bravery, may be what saves lives, your cowardice, may end them... That is all...
