Harvestmath's End

We are planning on having this a week long RP event, hoping for people to get involved with preparation work and then with the festival celebration itself held on Saturday Nov. 4th.

People/characters we are looking for;

Merchants: To set up small stalls to sell drinks, small snacks/candy or other things such as small crafted items that people might like during such festivities. Example: necklaces, rings, small toys, festival masks, knitted/woven items, ect.
Entertainers: To entertain the people with music, songs, stories, ect.
Game planners: Anyone who has an idea for a game/s people could get involved in. Something simple and fun that people can jump into with ease.
Costume Judge: If anyone wants to put on a costume contest for the people to take part in then this option is open as well.
Chefs/bakers: People who are interested in helping with food preparation/gathering for the feast planned.
Decorators: To make the Stone Quarters a bit more festive and help plan where merchants should set up their stalls and so forth.
Watchmen: To keep an eye on the festival grounds when the big day arrives.
