The following bill is posted in various locations around the streets of Minas Tirith, and its content is echoed by the word of criers. At the bottom of the bill is the small wax seal of the High Warden of the Minas Tirith City Guard.

People of the White City,

The convicted thief and murderer Megorlebdas will be publicly beheaded on the 14th of June upon the Stone Theatre in the Soldier's Tier. He has been charged and convicted of:

Three counts of arson.
Seven counts of murder.
Five counts of theft.

His personal effects will be available for auction after the execution at the auction house on the Craftsmen's Tier.
