Introducing the Boar Pit Fighting Ring

Welcome to the Boar Pit Fighting Ring!

The Boar Pit is an illegal fighting ring taking part in Bree. Pretty much everyone is welcome to come along and fight, observe and gamble to their hearts content. However, the organization running this has put down some rules.

  • Regular matches will be fought without weapons and not to the death.
  • Healers and the likes will not necessarily be provided, so bear this in mind when fighting.
  • Enforcers will be around the event to keep everyone in order, what they say goes, not arguments.
  • There may be a bookie present, if so, harassment of them will not be tolerated.
  • Discretion is expected when talking about the boar pit to others, obviously we don't want this being made known to any law enforcers or rats who work for them, so watch who you talk to!
  • A small cash prize will be given to the victor of each round.

 

(ooc) This is a new event that will hopefully produce some fun rp where pretty much everyone is welcome, though if you're a lawful character, this may not be for you.

  • ic you are likely to have heard of this from rumors around town, there aren't any posters to advertise it, or the law enforcers would try to stop the event!
  • There will be 10 fights held in this event, those that talk to an organizer to book ahead will get priority
  • The victor of the fight will be agreed on by the two fighters in advance, if they can't decide, then it will be chosen using dice roll.
  • For time purposes, fights will have a limit of 5 emotes each. There will be 10 fights to an event if there are more.
  • During fights, it's asked that non-combatants keep their emotes and says to cheering on fighters so that the fighters emotes don't get swallowed up.
  • Any bets that take place will be solely ig, nothing will exchange hands unless both parties agree.
  • Combat will be unarmed with no death. Grudge matches can have different rules if both parties agree.
