The Court of Miracles has opened it's mythical doors to those who need sanctuary or brethren in their paths covered by shadows. The King will personally invite you: just make sure to keep your eyes open for a hobbit with a crimson/burgundy garb with yellow patterns embroidered upon it and slip a small piece of paper in their pocket.
Fulfill this task and Sanctuary shall be given to you!
