Mister Berrywine is soon going to sell goods coming from foreclosures! The auction will be held Thursday evening at the Town Hall! Here is a list of the items that will be sold:

A set of twelve silver forks, spoons and knives - OB: 5sp ((30sp));
A set of twelve small, soup and big clay plates - OB: 5sp ((30sp));
An old map of some town, and a traveler's journal - OB: 1sp ((no limit));
A chestnut wood cupboard - OB: 20sp ((80sp))
Two Oxes - OB: 10sp ((40sp))
A house in Combe - OB: 500sp ((2000sp))

In the list above, next to the opening bid (OB) you will see a number within double brackets, for example ((30sp)) next to the opening bid of the set of silver forks, knives and spoons. That number means nothing IC: It only is an OOC limit we set to not let things go totally crazy about prices. You can offer more than that, but it shouldn't be done often.))
