So it was I found myself wandered back to Bree land..why I do not know..or well I know... I do still have friends there but..would they remember this elf.. I did not know..
I took my chances, not traveling during daylight but by nighttime and so I made it the way back to Bree, where, I walked with my hood up to not catch any attention, seeking an address for a mercenary company, found it I did after some searching and away I went.. seeking the mercenary company out, again only traveling by night time, stying low and out of sight during the day..
I reached the hall, I once learnt that the hall would be open to friends so I did not make an exception and did not knock and just went walking inside, putting down my shield and bow along with my quiver, keeping my hood up, who knew what I might expect in the main room as I heard voices..
I stepped into the hall, full with people it was..but one stood out of the group of people.. Taala, as always her red hair gave her away and her voice..not something I will forget, I went further in and asked if this was the hall of the Bloody Dawn and who else but Taala answerd by asking who was asking..again a typical answer from her..so I gave her a reply saying that the answer could be different upon who answerd it or who asked and gave her a weary smile upon she seemed to get who it was she was speaking to and it did not take long before she came runing and in true way of her nature just jumped up and clinged to me in a hug, a hug I missed and well I could not let her hang there in the air so I let my arms around her and gave her a hug back and then she presented me for the rest of the group.
We talked for a long time about old memories and other things. She seemed to have it well in life along with her Eroforth, the one that beat me in the swordsmanship competition. Anyhow we came to talk about very old memories.. my memories and I must say I found it easy to tell her and Eroforth about times that have since now long passed.
I stayd into the early hours before I decided to leave, not without another hug and a kiss on the cheek from Taala after giving her a promise I would try and stay in touch this time, she gave me a smile and almost orderd me to and well I will have to remember that now, after all..she's the only friend I think I have in Bree land now and I wish not to loose her as friend..
