Ahoy my fellow hobbets & tall folks, A witch have been sighted not three days ago have been roaming old forest & is said to wear a black long  robe & hood! She is also been seen roaming around buckland at night when all is quiet! I advice hobbets to nay get close tah the bounds of old forest, & to all bucklanders be cautious around yer town! We will investigate this rumor and get down to it as soon as possible. We urge everyone to stay indoors as soon the moon rises!
