Chronicle Summary
Bree-Town faces an ever growing injustice. Serial killers loose on the street, assassins controlling the dark underworld, and most go unopposed. The Town Watch has their hands full. But of late, a mysterious man, calling himself 'Hammond' has emerged, creating the B.T.P.I. This is a Chronicle of Hammond, the B.T.P.I., and all who would stand bravely by his side.
