An Order is issued to the sentries of Imladris as follows:-

Let it be known that those who claim to rally under the banner of the Bloody Dawn are not welcome in Imladris. They did offer deep and wounding insult to the Lady Elisbeth and the Elves of Imladris.

All those so recognized are to be allowed passge through the vale alone. They are not to be permitted to linger or resupply.

On the recommendation of the Lady Elisbeth on behalf of the Council of Imladris.
