Gerwolf managed to piss Annsuel off again, which didn't actual surprise her.  Hde was good at doing that.  Though Annsuel foun an idea formed into her head, and with the help of a good friend, Faelalan, Annsuel convinced Gerwolf to come live with her in Beggar's Alley for the next five days.  Annsuel couldn't believe he accepted. And so, the two made their way to Beggar's Alley.

His reaction to what he saw, that would burn into Annsuel's mind.  The Beggar's Alley, a place where Annsuel had grown use to to the point she didn't notice things such as the stench and the muck and filth.  Gerwolf noticed it all though, and it pushed surprised him.  He was silent for a long time as Annsuel showed him around.  She then introduced him to someone living there named Deocles, who explained his story and what Lady Aellwenn did to him.

A man who had been so against the street rats was shown why they were the way they were.  Annsuel explained to him why the people of Beggar's Alley acted like criminal.  And when one attacked him, she pushed him aside and pointed her knife at the beggar, protecting Gerwolf.  Annsuel didn't know why she did that, it must have been a natural reaction for her.

Though he managed to surprise her more.  When he came to the Alley the next day with a cart full of furs and food, that surprised Annsuel.  But even more than that, he gave her 14 gold and told her he wanted to fund Indignation's house.  A part of Annsuel screamed it was a trap.  It probably was, but Annsuel did not care at that second.  14 gold was enough to buy the house Indignation wanted to open for the poor.  Now all they had to do is work for more money for furnishings and the school Annsuel wanted to open.

Anyways, Annsuel had to wander off, leaving her friend Faelalan with Gerwolf.  When Annsuel returned, no one was there.  She made her way to the Pony, where she found Harlyn.  Of course, Harlyn pissed him off.  Annsuel could not help but laugh about that, it didn't surprise her.  Though Annsuel still did not know where Gerwolf had ran off to.  Not until she found out the next day he went home to his estate.

Of course he couldn't handle Beggar's Alley.  Annsuel had expected that from the begining.
