A brief History of Leofrine "DuWar" as Written in Snowborne Archives

A brief History of Lynxy "DuWar"

Lynxy's father was a rider and said to be a noble man among the Rohirrim people yet...Lynxy never saw that side of him. In fact, she couldn't ever say she really knew him at all. He fell in love with her manipulative mother over night. That is all it takes. Just one night.

Gabriella became pregnant with Lynxy much to the displeasure of Leofrine's father. Her mother was a woman who thought highly of herself and cared not for the poor status she was labeled as. Lynxy's father on the other hand had money that would be given to him from his fathers passing but he was ashamed of having such a woman as Gabriella have his child...a girl...not even a son. He was a proud man who would never show much expression except when tempting the actions of Gabriella. He persuaded her to give Lynxy to him under a false last name and let him gain some wealth from selling her services to his uncles companion a Lord Evendare. The child would grow up away from them. Out of sight. Out of mind.

From here Gabriella would have gained enough wealth to marry him on a decent setting...money wise. Alas, tragedy struck and Lynxy's father was killed on a raid against the encroaching orcs. Gabriella sunk back into her old ways of using men and Lynxy was all but forgotten. But not quite...

The uncle of the late man still had Lynxy until she was old enough to become a maid of The Lord Evendare. He was a man of hardness who showed little affection for the child he thought a mistake that should be kept quiet. He was a rider as well so it was not difficult to leave the child unattended. Yes, Lynxy would teach herself how to get by the loneliness. Cursed to be a broken maiden.

Lord Evendare was a cruel man. He simply parked his carriage in front of Lynxy's uncles house and stormed in one day. After a heated discussion between The Lord and Leofrine's uncle the man stormed all the way up the stairs and came crashing through her door. She was told to pack quickly and say nothing. She obediently did as she was told and was seized by the arm and taken down the stairs rapidly. He hauled her out the door much to the dismay of her uncle and shoved her into the carriage. The last thing she saw was the confused and almost pitying gaze of her uncle. From that point on she was abused by The Lord and learned never to trust a man.

This leads the tale to the path of The Lord. (Profile story then continue reading)

After leaving the manor Leofrine set out for simpler times in Breeland. By the time she reached the city the souls of her shoes seemed to be but gone by the ware of the road. She gathered enough money over the years from passers by dropping coins on the lords floor that she was able to buy a night at the Prancing Pony. After several hours in the tavern she was able to locate the most decent of the lords she saw. A man by the name of Emion. She gained a job as a cook for the rising man and was invited to stay in the town of Swerbrey. Leofrine learned here the goodness of some men yet the evil of many out ways the good she saw.

This can be seen in her own hand. (A Crumpled notebook)

With a heavy heart she sets out back to Snowborne for a brief time of healing which she hopes to learn new lessons from...
