A new Tavern

Dear hobbits of the Southfarthing and surrounding areas,

I humbly request a moment of your time. I am looking for a good location to build my Tavern close to the horse race-track. Though I found several locations that look promising, I cannot make up my mind which would be most suitable for my tavern. 

There is, you know, a slight problem. Though all hobbits like the idea of good food and a joyful place to spend their free hours, as you know, most of us don't like the idea of some of the big folk passing by our doors. And a few of those big folk expressed the intention to visit the Tavern to enjoy my dishes and special drinks. So I look for a place either where not many hobbits live or, if possible, a location where some hobbits settled who are used to deal with the big folk. Maybe some that used to trade with Bree or had other decent reasons to need contacts outside of the Shire.

I would be most grateful to the one who comes up with the best neighborhood to build my Tavern. To show my thanks, this hobbit I will invite with a  friend, as special guests to the opening of my Tavern. They will receive a night stay and two days of all 6 meals and drinks for free!

Please send me a letter if you can advice me, both on possible locations as on where the tavern will not be welcome.
