House Tarcyn charity event

Notices can be found all across Bree town on notice boards and pinned up on walls 
“The noble House Tarcyn is will be carrying out a charity event to benefit all the folk of low resources. There we will be giving free warm meals and clean clothing to those who need them on behalf of House Tarcyn. On the 21th we will be present in begger's alley ready to assist the people of Bree in their time of need. ”
On the bottom of the notice there is picture of a man in fancy wealthy looking robes carrying a basket giving a humble person a loaf of bread.

((The event will take place on Sunday 21th at 10:00pm GMT, All begger and poor IC characters are welcome to come and recieve their free meal!))
