Three charges are as follows:
Assult - Assult took places of Lady Hawthorn of The House of Hawthorn. Tom had 'spat' in the Ladys' face, which is an act of assult. Witnesses involve Lord Hawthorn, Lady Hawthorn and several others at the Prancing Pony, inculding a Protector of The Free Peoples' Member, whos name shant be disclosed.
Lieing to Authority: Tom had made allegations aganist Lord and Lady Hawthorn, directly naming them members of the Iron Crown, of the county of Angmar, which had been declared as a force that is an enemy of the Free Peoples. Commander Kelinor, Investigator Tuvissa and Vice Commander Hellon had attended the scene, to find no traces of Angmarim evidence. The Lord and Lady Hawthorn were also questioned and no evidence was obtained.
Public Disorder: Tom had previous escaped from Jail, unbeknown to The Protectors of the Free People. Tom had deliberatly caused Public Disorder, in an attempt to begin physical fights.
A trial date has been set for the 12th day of October - evening Time
