I had a little chat with Norlackale last night. He's a good friend of mine who will be doing the ceremony of the wedding according to Bree-Land custom. We went into the Pony and ordered a drink as we heard the sound of a talented lute-player whom I had never seen before. Alot of people were enjoying it and gathering around the man to listen to his tunes.
I took a sip of my red wine and then looked down at the goblet, a small sigh escaping from my mouth. Norlackale put his hand on my shoulder, ''Things can only get better from here.'' I told him that he was wrong. I looked up again and smiled as I imagined Lady Saxonlind in front of me; she was smiling and looked at me with that gentle yet playful smile of hers. I came back to reality and spoke in a calm voice, ''No.. Things are already at its best. And they can't get any worse while we are together to enjoy eachother's smile and daring puns.
I can't wait till the wedding takes place... Nor can I wait until I see my love again. I bought a new, bigger house for the two of us to live in near Bree. I had a tailor create my wedding attire: a short, Evendim- and seablue dyed robe together with a plain cloak in the colour of Evendim-blue. As for my speech.... I'm halfway there!
