As i said before, body is the main messenger of our impulses that comes from our emotions, thoughts, and motion energy in general, but the main and most amazing thing it is moldability, and only the examples of the Free People can also prove the relation in the body with the nature elements.

Chapter 1: Body

The first topic of this book will talk about not only something simple, mundane, but is something essential, fantastic and hard to dominate on its whole. The body, first main element of all things, is the messenger that sends all our impulses and enegies and materialize it through actions that we express commonly. Body, mind and soul, three totally separate elements from itself, but together forms the reality that we see.
