| Outward Appearance | Athrenas at first glance is very small, at only 5'2 she is quite short to some. She has an auburn shade of hair that falls straight until her shoulders with a slight wave in some parts. Her face and skin would be unmarred except for a few scratches along her arms and hands. A deep scar on her forearm would be hidden most times. Her bright green eyes gleam as she is engaged in something interesting. |

Background
Born on the road to Rohan, her mother had gotten pregnant on a journey west and had Athrenas on the return trip. She was raised in a mildly wealthy family, constantly at odds with her younger brother and mother. Her mother had always shown her brother more love than Athrenas. Around the age of 16 she got into a particularly bad fight with her brother, in which she suffered a large gash on her right arm due to her brother swiping at her with a knife. Her mother blamed Athrenas for the fight and once finished mending the injury banished her from the family. Athrenas, heartbroken and enraged fled with her horse. During her travels north she had to teach herself to survive, doing small jobs for farms she passed until she made it to Bree. There she camped on the outskirts for some time, training with a bow and learning about locals when she ventured inside the walls.
