Kinship
Outward Appearance

Height: 6'5"
Eyes: Honey colored - looks more yellow in some lights and more amber in others.
Hair: Dark brunette, wavy/curly, thick, and somewhat coarse
Build: Highly muscular. She definitely has some meat on her bones.
Skin: Dusky with smatterings of freckles here and there (especially about her nose).
Voice: Low, warm, sweet.
Temperament: Kind and sweet. She is very slow to anger. But, when she is angered or in the heat of battle, she can be downright terrifying.
Intellect: She is extremely smart about some things and other things she is rather dense about. She is, however, willing to learn just about anything and can learn rather quickly once she puts her mind to it.

Bear form: Takes the form of a large bear (though she does not reveal this form in front of many, if anyone, outside of the Vales or non-Beornings unless she feels she has no choice). Her eyes retain their honey color, though they can look a little red in the heat of battle. Her thick fur is so dark that it is almost black. She is able to tread quietly and move across land quickly, despite her size.

(For obvious reasons, she may be known and recognized to a high degree by other Beornings. Other folk from the Vales of Anduin might recognize her as well.)

Background

One of the many great-great-grandchildren of Beorn, Reora had always been a quiet child growing up and used few words to express herself. At first, everyone thought she was merely being shy and timid. But, after discovering her unwavering prowess with axe and bow and her unfailing kindness, they finally understood that speaking little was just her way of going through life. For their sake, Reora did endeavor to speak her mind more often, though she still preferred with watch and listen to those around her.

Reora continued through her life assisting her people with farming and bee-keeping, the latter of which she became especially good at. Occasionally, Grimbeorn would send her as a scout to patrol around their territory, seeing as she was quieter than most of her folk and would be less likely to alert potential enemies or alarm the clans of Woodmen in other parts of the Vales.

Reora, was eventually sent by Grimbeorn to scout behind Radagast the Brown to make sure the way behind him was secured from the eyes of the Enemy as he made his way into Eriador. She fully intended to return to her people once her task was done. Instead, the Brown Wizard expressed to her that perhaps she should delay her return and see more of the world outside the Vales in order to learn more about herself. Not one to challenge the wisdom of Radagast, who had ever been a friend to her people, even if she didn't fully understand what he meant, she decided to stay and wrote home to explain her absence and to make a promise that she would conduct herself with honor, so as to not disgrace her people. Eventually, Reora travelled further westwards to Bree-land.

She often hires herself out to assist farmers with various tasks. There is word scattered through Bree-land that she is very good at "taking care" of predators that threaten farms. Though the Men of Bree can assume what they will, she never harms hair or hide of any beast, and instead persuades them to hunt for prey elsewhere.

She still does not understand what it is that Radagast meant by "learning more about herself" but intends to see his advice through. Though she might be a little unsure of herself in these strange lands, her overwhelming curiosity and willingness new things will certainly guide her.
