Background
Born and raised in the sleepy hamlet of Napgrove, Gail Mossbank is the third of the four Mossbank "children". Of course, most are not quite children anymore; an elder sister and brother have both married and left the farm, and the Mossbank Family Farm is now owned by Gail in all but name. She and Reora run it together.
A few years ago, Gail might have been known to some in Bree town and Knotwood hamlet as the gangly young vegetable saleswoman, but she's since passed on that task to others, like her younger sister and Baetrice, and spends most of her own time on the farm itself.
