Charee Dinglebee is a young hobbit from Woodhall. She used to just live as a quite ordinary hobbit, with her sister Abbiee, and her mother and father, attending events and participating in all the festivals. She is quite an adventurous hobbit, though, unlike most. Ever since Charee was but a young hobbit, her mother had taught her in the ways of poetry and music. She has practiced alot, and now recently has just come out into the Shire more, out of the Eastfarthing that she was born and raised in. She now joins in with all the other hobbits and their events. She is a friendly, cheery, charming young hobbit who makes friends quite quickly. 

She enjoys to travel; you can find her in various places about Eriador, such as Duillond, Thorin's Hall, and Bree-town. She now resides in the Michel Delving inn, waiting for an opening in any of the good neighborhoods in the Shire Homesteads for a burrow.
