Pretender

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Pretender. That’s all he is. Or was. He can’t hold it back anymore. Not now. All the emotion from thousands of years ago came flooding back when they said her name. “Daehel.” It was a beautiful name that her mother gave her. But the name he gave her was more fitting. “Morien.” It was so like his father-name, Morimaite. And she was so much like him. She had his eyes, his hair colour, even his pallid skin-tone. She was the most precious thing to him.

Fing grew up amidst the peaceful splendour of Dol Amroth, the daughter of a sea captain and a music teacher.

As a child, her parents' main ambition for her was that she should be musical like her mother; but Fing was also fascinated by stories of ancient times and far-off places. In her teenage years, besides her formal education and singing engagements, she came to spend much of her free time devouring books of all kinds, and even sneaking into lectures at the Library of Sapahdzîr.

Soothsayer's Lament

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Conceptual

Heart beat and drum becoming one,
Thrumming in unison till the end of time, till death and silence.
Whispering voices amongst the trees, voices of our ancestors, rising into a screaming crescendo.
Listen, young one, to the words of the soothsayer.
Perhaps one can discern the future...
or perhaps...
Not.

Within the guttural chants, therein lies an ancient truth.
The primal universal answer within us all, that despite lands apart, we all understand,
Ascending beyond languages and lineage of blood.
