The Dwarrow Ting

Event details:
The Dwarrow Ting will take place before the throne of Dwalin once every two months. The host of the Dwarrow Ting will begin the meeting with a short speech. Then each Dwarf that wishes to speak will present to the Dwarrow Ting what he or she has been up to. Afterwards the Dwarves of the Dwarrow Ting will share with each other advice and opinions about what has been presented. Once every opinion has been voiced and every word of advice has been considered, the Dwarves will all leave for the Festival Arena Hall to end the night with feasting, merriment, and copious amounts of ale!
A few OOC details to consider:
1) This RP event will take place during a POST-war timeline. So for the most part for this RP event we will be assuming a timeline that is up to date with what is going on in the game plot wise.
2) This is a Dwarf only RP event, though occasionally a non-Dwarf may be invited to attend as a diplomat.
