Bree Criminal Conclave

General Information:

This event, held at the discussion room at the Breetown Hall, will finally establish the many territories and quarters that criminal roleplay kinships would like to split. In-game Criminal/ Immoral organizations such as The Bloody Dawn, Breetown Thieves Guild, The Network, Sharkey's men, and Nox Timore to name a few, are all eligible and welcome to this event. We'd kindly ask you'd send 1-2 representatives of your associations to join us at this event. 

Side Note: We'd also like to encourage the arrival of The Bree Watch, as it would be nice to have an outlined territory for them as well, as Bree still has some order to it.

Event Procedure:

To begin with, we'd like to ask all who decide to join us on this event, to please be respectful of your co-players and friends who are representing their kinships, since we will settle and all questions or problems if it comes to it.

Next, we'd like to mention the procedure of the event you will hopefully take part in. Firstly, when all have arrived, we will discuss more on the topic of territories in Bree. However, the main idea is to establish main districts for various criminal societies in the town of Bree. We'd like to setup general roleplay (IC) boundaries, which will hopefully encourage an increased amount of convict roleplays. 
Example:  A member from Crime Kinship A wanders into the territory of Criminal Kinship B. Unfortunately, a member from Kinship B just so happens to meet Member A in his/her territory. Now, a fight may break out between them, and more characters from Kinship B may appear to defend their territory.

It is in this may that we hope to find more thrill in crime roleplaying between different groups! I myself will be at the event, and will conduct the arrangements and see to it that each arriving group receives a fair share of Bree town. 

A question I'd like to address is the problem of how each company will know where their territory ends up being. To reduce the confusion, the representative of a kinship will describe their kinship's ideal main area of operations, which will, after consent from other reps. and myself, be drawn into a google document of Bree. This will repeat it's self until all of Bree has been claimed by all, and the google document, listing the different territoties of each kinship, will be made available to all who have been present as a rep. At this point all will be able to see where their districts are, and changes can be made available if need be.
