Rivendell Chicken Run (Naismithea, Collection #01)

Today on the 29th of the Month, a band of chickens and their respective herders set out on a grand journey from the Shire to Rivendell.  Featuring renowned hobbits and also lively feathered friends with, similarly, also famous names entitled to each, these are a small collection of rough drawings portraying moments from this memorable adventure.

Having already traversed a large distance from the Shire through to Bree-land, the group now reaches the Forsaken Inn, stopping momentarily to recover their wits (and feathers), before setting out through the mostly dry and solitary landscape of The Lone-Lands.  Reaching the Last Bridge, they also take rest, and the feathered escortees take perch to survey their progress with clucking satisfaction.
