Summer brings many good things..

Summer has arrived and the Vale is as glorious as it can be, I can see Amorith ‘pottering’ in and amongst the flower beds, Anur warms the Vale and I observe many Eldar peacefully passing by, this day seems perfectly serene.

It has been many months since the great gathering in the Halls of Thorin and with great gladness in my heart I have seen the hope then kindled, grow to a firm alliance between Durin's Folk and the Loth-i-Lonnath. Certainly the looming threat from the East does not diminish but this re-forged alliance in Ered luin is a good and strong hope!

What is also enormously encouraging has been the sight of many folk attending the Weekly gathering in the Halls of Fire. Frankly it has been a joy to see old friends again such as Lord Khalis and Lady Elisbeth. Lady Mirineth has returned from her trip to Ered Luin as has Lady Isilmewen, we also had the pleasure of meeting Lady Duissane once again!

Many new faces also now grace the Halls, Lord Aereborn, Lady Plinnlim, Lady Faorie, Lord Tahjun and Lady Miluy. There are many more whose name escape me at this moment, but suffice to say it goes well there.

I have grown quite fond of the Lord Aereborn, his wit has amused me no end and has been ever gracious to lady Amorith, I quite look forward to travelling with him Westward when he sees fit to make the journey to Ered Luin.

It seems then all is well at least within the Vale, much hope is stirred, not just in Ered luin but in the Vale itself, The Warband is visibly stronger and this can only be a good thing! In the coming weeks we are to expect the arrival of the Loth-i-Lonnath along with a company from Durin's Folk. I anticipate it to be much busier than normal.

Hmm I have decided then, upon all my musing, even when amongst the finest flowers in the Vale with all their splendor and grace, my Lady Amorith is the fairest of all. Perhaps I am biased, I care not, for whom would argue with me as all whom have met her delight in her presence.
