Background
Helcandë was born and raised wihtin the court of King Thranduil of Mirkwood. Her father was seen as one of the finest storytellers within the great woodland realm. Her father tragically passed into shadow while Irmiel was but a small child and her mother died shortly after of a broken heart. Left alone she was taken care of and plans were made to make her a bard and storyteller of the kings court. Many years had passed when she ended up in the lands of men, there she took on a new name. The name she choose was Irmiel, "Maiden of human lands" and not even her closest friends know her true name.
She has recently married the love of her life, Hallborn Bregion and has taken up his last name in honor of his familys tradition.
