You should learn to write more often, silly boy. We have ALL been waiting for a letter with baited breath. I know you aren't much of a man of words, but come now! I shared your letter with the other three. It took all three of us to hold Cwen down from riding off to meet you and your love. You need to write us a letter or perhaps a novel or two telling us about him. We are begging you! Write to us more about the Inn and your friends! We want to know!
You will not like what I have to say about mother and the situation here. I assume since you are asking, you got father's letter about her passing- or should I say, murder. Father killed her in a drunken fit. That vile man. Do not write to us at Snowbourn. All of us are leaving. We are all moving to Edoras; the size of the city will bring us some peace of mind and protection from him I hope. We are having frequent meetings with our spouses and elder children to discusss where to move more permanantly. Cwen suggested where you are, only if it is safe.
I have sent with this letter a box of journals and papers I managed to find and rescue from father's house before we left. They are all yours. I hope they are of some use to you. All I managed to discern from mother's writings is that her father used to be some kind of sage or Seer. It makes little sense to me, but I hope it makes sense to you.
I keep seeing white deer too; though I see does not stags. I questioned our sisters about it and they all do too. All of us have been experiencing visions and such when we spin as well, we have just kept it quiet from each other, fearing we were losing our minds. Your questions have spurred us to talk more about strange happenings and have helped us bond more over such oddities!
