Threland

There came a day when Redwick left the Riddermark and Snowbourn that he was so fond of to return Bree-land where he wished to see his friends and companions once more. Though, what he found was more than what he expected and with Therwen tending to his daughter Erline with all her Redwick often lacked the close companionship he once had with her, though he continued to love her and Erline all the same. For he knew that there were a difference between a lover who is a stout shield-maiden and a mother.

Dear diary, or whatever it is you want to be called - I prefer that bit of paper that I rant about life on, but diary is a bit easier to say. Still, hello! It has been a while since I wrote in you my friend. Lots of things have happened since then. Seems I'm always galavanting off to all corners of the world. Went with Flynagin and his folks up to Forochel and then to Evendim and I went off with Drunn into the wilderness and all sorts.

He was the first to make her feel welcome in a town impregnated by filth and desperation. Bree hadn't given her anything to admire, at least not at first, and she often found herself wondering when she would be taking off again. With a voice as calloused as his hands, he sought her conversation when no one else dared. 

((OOC Note: I have split this tale into three parts simply because I thought it would be easier for the reader to digest, it is the same tale though.))

The sun is just beginning to rise and a cool breeze caresses the quiet shores of Nen Harn. Nothing seems to disturb the two wanderers. Threland sleeps on the soft sand of the strand, while Sefa swims a little way off the shore, keeping herself away from Threland so as not to awaken him. Her hat, scarf, sword, boots and gloves are all in a pile beside him. She spends her time seeing how far down she can dive, daring herself to go deeper and deeper.

The following took part upon Redwick's journey along with Alfknutr, Threland and Darok to the Deadman's Dike within the North Downs. There were others upon this journey however they were not often among the initial four and have no part within the tale given here.
