Born in the Shire and adopted by Byron Stepwise, Trebrand always liked entertaining the people around him. At the very young age of 3, Byron taught him how to play lute and sooner or later, Trebrand managed to play all kinds of instruments. At age 6, Trebrand's mother, Emily Flatfoot, was taken by goblins, as she was crossing the Greenfields in the north of the Shire. The loving brother of Emily (and dad of Undo Flatfoot) is still blaming Byron for letting the goblins take Emily. After this tragedy had taken place, Byron continued to raise Trebrand to maturity. Then Trebrand bought his own house. Trebrand had the life of an ordinary hobbit. Working at a farm during the daytime, drinking beer and entertaining other hobbits at night. When Trebrand reached the age of 40, he met a dwarf called Dreni, who persuaded him to cross the borders of the shire. Trebrand currently is an adventuring minstrel at the age of 50.
