With his blue eyes and jet-black hair, Fulk resembles the average Stoor hobbit with a few noticeable exceptions.  An extremely hawked nose, coupled by a  grisly scar running vertically across the right side of his face, give him an overall unappealing appearance. He usually sports fine, brightly coloured clothes, and yet his mannerism speaks of a common person, not an aristocrat with an over inflated ego. A quick glance at his hands may reveal calluses and scars typical of farmers.
