Background
Arovahir is a simple Ranger of the North which he absolutely hates being. He was born in Esteldin with a father looking after him. The pair has a very close relationship almost a type of friendship. They spent years living in Esteldin, living to the customs of the Rangers. But then everything changed quite suddenly, Arovahir’s uncle has died of a disease and what’s more, his uncle’s son was orphaned! The only thing they could do was take in Eizio (who was the uncle’s son). And never a kinder deed was made, the trio continued life as usual but contained their grief for the dead man (Eizio and Arovahir was aged six at the time). Then one day at the day of Arovahir fifteenth birthday, his father was sent up to Angmar for a task, a duty of the ‘Rangers’ he quote. He never came back, words spread of his disappearance, he was now presumed ’dead’ although the two children hoped that he is alive but as the years grew, the hope faded and faded until it shrank into nothing. Arovahir was now an orphan with Eizio. Since the pair has no one to take care of them, they ran away from Esteldin, getting away from the life they were used to. They eventually landed themselves into Trestlebridge, after many hopeless weeks travelling. Finding safety and guidance in Trestlebridge, they stayed their for over a month but then grew bored, they missed their guardians, they hated being alone… Again they ran to find a town to their liking and after wandering and many adventures they encountered, they eventually landed in Bree Town. For seven years they lived in Bree Town, peacefully, quietly, safely but also they spent their years in sorrow for their past guardians… The pair each wanted something different, Arovahir wanted to travel and Eizio wanted to go back home (which he got duties as a Ranger on the way and ended up in Forochel helping the folk there). In his last days at Bree Town, he spent them with his best friend Thomas Winterbush, however on the last when they were out for a walk outside of Combe, Thomas got ambushed by a pack of orcs with swords. To this day, he vowed he would slay all orcs and he hated the sight of sword, sticking with his trusted spears. He ran away with sorrow and grief, always remembering Thomas, always hating his life, always hating being a Ranger (which is part of what happened to him in life). Many amazing things happened over the next three years but that didn't gladden his heart. To this day, he is found wandering, thinking, remembering his father and Eizio and Thomas and his friends over at Esteldin, he always thought about a mother, did he have one? He imagined a red haired, beautiful woman, who was kind and sweet as his mother. He dreamt about this ‘mother’ much in his time, often seeing her laughing, wearing a golden dress. He wouldn’t know the truth about his mother now...
