Breeland Interlude

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

In a back corner of Bree’s Prancing Pony, a curious quartet had taken over a table and had held it for most of the night. Xandilif, the Champion of the Azure Faithful sat with her back to the wall, heavy steel boots up on the table as she drank Grog. Beside her, trying her best to not look like she was hiding beside Lif’s armored bulk was Finchley, a large collection of empty bowls around her as she was apparently trying to clear out Barliman’s stew supply.

A Mother's Lesson

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Two children stand shoulder to shoulder, seemingly small in the towering heights of the halls of the home in which they abide, and made even more so by the pacing of the man before them. Dark skies are revealed through windows cracked shut, and the long hall is lit by many hearths and candles for some warmth and light.

Nethrida stood at the docks just north of Linhir, staring out to sea with a half glazed look in her eyes, absent and unfocused as she went over the events that had just transpired, Ordan's announcement to the townsfolk of Linhir about her part in driving Mans... Or "The spirit of Death" as he called the spirit. Announcement, which implications troubled her greatly.

A Finch's Beginnings: A Woman Named Averill - Part the First

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

A wild child. An untamed wench. Rule-flouter. Heartbreaker.

Those were just some of the things they said of Averill in Bree-town. She had always been one to do as she pleased and damn the consequences. Her parents would find her missing from their home and hearth more often than not and, when she was found, it was often in some sort of mischief or trouble.

His last dying wish was that Darienn would look after his younger sister. The two grew up hand-in-hand until their mother grew ill.
