In the remote Rohirric village of Forlaw, locals and travellers alike drink and sing in the feasting hall so as to take refuge from the bitter cold. They distract themselves with a dramatic arm wrestling contest, which the visiting Frimsi aptly describes as the greatest battle ever to occur at Forlaw. He wastes no time to start betting coin on who might be the winner.
