Marching Towards Annuminas : The Burned City

Trestlebridge: It was wise to gather the alliance at the dwarven squre in Bree land, not so far from the Stone quarter.. It's a gesture of appreciation to the dwarves... Belenir thought for himself, after all they've done to help Gondor's cause it is the least he can do and he will continue to do so and cherish them in his heart. The company packed their stuff, and readied themselves to a new journey towards the Northdowns.. Once they've arrived Trestlebridge they've discovered a burned city that the orcs continue to attack daily. Immediately the company immediately came to the dwellers aid, supported them with supplies, offered to help with the city watch and to rebuild the city. The group's eyes were directed towards Fornost, the old capital of Arnor that was taken by the witch king, Rumors around the town told that orcs were settled in the ruins and High Scholar kin member Enniliel said it can be a good chance retrieve information about the lost Palantiri that was hold there. The company, alongside two hobbits who decided to help ventured into the ruined city, they found out the rumors to be true... the orcs along side wild animals and unfriendly treasure seekers settled in the city. As the group stumbled into the treasure seekers camp they've met a young marked lady named Feorodda, she offered her hand in exchange for dead orcs. Maybe she can be trusted? we still do not know yet but, we will need any aid we could get. After a quick scouting around the ruins Lady Enniliel guided us to find the lost lore that can help the scholar's to grasp some understanding about the lost Palantiri, Belenir thought it was wise to send Strelarien and Foranbor to scout the place before the company enters the place. In the meanwhile, an orc scout heard noises and decided to go for a scouting trip.. maybe he could find a cat to eat or a tasty hobbit? But, for his disappointment he found out about the company whereabouts and yelled for backup. The group decided to venture deeper into the ruins and ambush the orcs with the aid of the hobbits. It was a piece of cake, under the right guidenence and the fact that the hobbits were well hidden between the high bushes, Feorodda was managed to capture an orc captain and interrogate him with the help of Belenir, they found out that the orc camp contained over hundred orcs not included the fifteen they've already took down, while Feorodda and Belenir was occupied with the interogation, Lady Enniliel with the help of the rest of the group was managed to obtain the lost lore about the Palantiri, Feorodda lost her grip, the orc captain managed to wound her and he escaped quickly from the scene calling for his backup. The company were in a rush to leave the city before the orcish captain will alarm the entire camp after them.. As the company made it to the main gate, They noticed that the orcs were on after them, Strelarien with a bold act decided to hold the orcs while the group leave and retreat to Trestlebridge. Once they've made it to the city, Belenir thought Strelarien was lost but, a few hours after that he has received an eagle from her, she informed him she managed to escape and she's hiding in the city. The company will need their dwarves allies to reclaim Fornost, drive out the orcs and with luck retrieve any lost relics or lore.
