Bar-en-Acharn's Anniversary Ball

On this day four years past, Master Cutch Crane and the Lady Seregrían were married; and five years past, House Bar-en-Acharn was founded.  These two events shall be recognized and celebrated with a formal grand ball, open and welcoming to all!
 

THE ANNIVERSARY BALL

PLANNED HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:

• The Welcoming (in the Courtyard and Gallery of Torech Besruth by House members);
• Opening Court (A brief gathering in the Grand Hall with Her Ladyship holding Court);
• The Grand Ball (an open-RP event hosted by the Members of Bar-en-Acharn including a formal dance, with music by the House Ensemble led by Master Ingrasion; followed by Open-mic bardic and minstrels, and more dancing);
• The Pageant (There shall be a Costume Contest for the most elegant and formal dress, judged by popular acclaim, with a prize from Her Ladyship's largesse);
• Merry Meetings (Chance-meetings throughout the event);

Guests are asked to check their weapons.

Dress is Formal, with attire appropriate to one's people and kindred.

The main event is, of course, the Grand Ball - but Her Ladyship also declares there shall be an After-party, with an appropriate lack of decorum...
