After eight days, the company finally reached the Mountains of Mirkwood.
Crossing the hills, Loegenel decided to have a short respite upon the camp of Tham Taerdol.
This would be the last opportunity to breathe fresh air and enjoy wandering upon the light, for in front of them now lay the dangerous paths of the Woodland Realm itself.
