Watcher: Officer Penham Fletwood

While being off duty in the Pony earlier today, me and Officer Carrver were approached by a dwarf going by the name of Donlii Stormforge, who identified us as watchers and lamented being attacked within the town earlier during the day. After getting out my notebook and writing utensils, I asked the dwarf to retell what happened in it's entirety.
I came to find out that the attack happened at a forge near the Western Gate. The victim had been working on said forge and was suddenly approached by the attacker, a taller man of skinny stature who was wearing a hood and carrying several knifes. The victim was then asked to melt a golden badge into an ingot under the threat of violence, a request with which the victim complied. After doing so, however, he was still stabbed in his shoulder by the attacker before being left alone.
The golden badge that the attacker wanted to melt was described as being of unusually good quality for Bree and of a rather high valuie. The dwarf could also recognise that a dawning sun was depicted on it.
The injury sustained by the Dwarf seemed minor, but the circumstances of the attack and the nature of the request arouse suspicions. I would request to be notified if any such badges are seen by or reported missing to other members of the Watch.
