This young one certainly does move fast when she wants.
It's been two days now, since I started watching Althessia and I had quite forgotten how tiring it can be to take care of a child this age. She's bright, curious and a bundle of energy from the moment she wakes up until she succumbs to sleep once more.
It's a good thing I hid all the small decorations before Zandrianna brought her over. I'm not sure how many of them would be broken by now.
It's a wonder I've any energy left, keeping up with this one and tending to the house and sorting out what needs to be repaired on the mill as well. If it weren't for Merry being around to keep and eye on the babe as well ..
And where has that child gotten off to this time? I sent her to the market for eggs and milk this morning, and the sun's already overhead. I've never met a more scatterbrained, distracted young woman in my life. Smart, but not a bit of wisdom in her.
