Rivendell Chicken Run (Naismithea, Collection #02)

Today on the 29th of the Month, a band of chickens and their respective herders set out on a grand journey from the Shire to Rivendell.  Featuring renowned hobbits and also lively feathered friends with, similarly, also famous names entitled to each, these are a small collection of rough drawings portraying moments from this memorable adventure.

The group has reached the Ford of Bruinen, after having travelled along the Great East Road for quite some length through the woodland landscape of the Trollshaws.  Both herders and chickens rest, with the latter taking to the shallow water for a quick, and splashing, feathered bath!
