1. Residents of the Orphan Home may leave the home during the daylight hours. However, they must be back by darkness, or else risking being locked out or going without their evening meal.
2. You will receive two meals a day. Failure to show up during appropriate meal times( 6:00~8:00 in the morning, 6:00~8:00 in the evening) will result with the meal not being given.
3. Each Resident may keep their items in a single chest, designated at the foot of their bed. Failure to place your items there can result in them being taken by others. Stealing from another's chest will result in punishment.
4. Keep your bedding area tidy.
5. Residents may not carry weapons inside of the Home, nor keep them stored. Caretakers must search the child's belongings if suspecting that they conceal a weapon. Failure to abide will result in further punishments/restrictions.
6. A Resident must keep within the walls of Bree during the day time. Special trips may be arranged if a designated, approved person, wishes to travel with them for whatever reason(i.e. visiting the home of a possible adopter, meeting mentors who wish to apprentice or train a Resident, following up on a report of the child's parents/guardian existing elsewhere whom did not actually abandon the child).
7. A Resident may chose to leave upon their 16th winter of life, or if age is unknown, an estimated time; but they can stay no longer than a year after, in the cusp of their 17th year. Children under 16 will be brought by the Watch to keep abode in the Home. Attempting to run away will only result in being returned—however, the highest punishment is to be removed from the Home, if enough cause is given.
8. You will not harm others in the Home.
9. You will respect the Caretakers.
10. You will not cause panic by rumor or threats in the Home. Depending on severity, you will be removed effectively.
