 | The date of this entry; the Year 1300, of the Third Age. Troublesome news has arisen. The north-lands, past the Gladden Fields, and the Mountains; called Angmar, has a dictator. Our messengers are worried, and dare not tarry in the lands now controlled by what is called ‘the Iron Crown’. A cruel reminder, I think; for the Iron Crown, was a symbol of Morgoth Bauglir, as I read in the archives. The threat is close to Elven lands. I fear for our brethren abroad, and wonder if Angmar will come to us? If so…we will be ready. The Galadhrim will not fall! |
