Time to think

Reflections so far

The rustle of leaves, the soft wind on his face and the moist grass that seeps it liquid up through his pants. This is what he has missed he thinks as he looks over his home, his place, the high familiar towers of his childhood. And the ships. Just yesterday he saw another ship depart. So many of then are going west now, and they should, the danger to his people are to great, and any way, for some reason he thinks that their time here has come to pass at last.

"And when are we going" Valhallie ask. Her soft black hair gently sways in the wind, she sits next to him with her head on his shoulder, her eyes the color of shining crystals.
Zarg looks down at her turning his head slightly "Not for a long time"  he strokes her beutifull serene face. He can't imagine her to be in the fray of battle, but as long as he has known her she has show only courage, more than many a men that he has seen  before. "There is still a lot of us here, and" he sighs looking in to her eyes, he smiles to hide his uncertainty of the outcome he feels for the path that he still has to walk "And you know why I can't leave, I"m sorry my love" looking back at the river he sees not the green of the embankment or the play of sunlight on the water he is thinking about the devastation that he has witnessed the last couple of weeks since he left for Bree.

After that first horrifying night in the Pony he actually got use to the clammer of Men, and to honest he actually enjoys their company now, but he was starting to lose his mind there. He needed time to think, he needed to clear his mind, he needs to think about his purpose his life so far. He wanted to go back home, even if it was only for a few days, to see more of his people, to hear their music. the see the laughter in their eyes as they dance through the night under stars. He wanted to be himself again with no responsibilities again, as things where before his father left and he inherited the name of Eilenodell from him.

Could his father not face the evil, he would have stood be him, fought by his side, be his companion. Zargondon watches as Valhallie fixes her hear beside him. Never mind that now. He falls back on the grass laughing as he pulls Valhallie after him. Never mind, he found what he was looking for, he thinks as the she falls on him protesting playfully.
But what about Rhianonn, what about the feelings that he feels for her, well if anyting he will protect her till the end  and that Valhallie must just understand. Well enough about that. The main problem that he is facing, or what his people. Is what he heard from the dwarf a few nights ago while he went to his knights meeting. He talked about the threats of orcs in the north of Lindon. But as Beongarn mentioned is that we, the dwarves and the elves, if we stand together might stand a chance against them and the knights should be focusing in the east. Where he has seen them, the orcs and goblins, massing forces.
