Chronicle Summary
Here gathered are the Forgotten Apocrypha, tales of my kin and the Northmen and how they intertwined at the end of the Third Age.
To be remembered.
Chronicle Content
These are the Forgotten Apocrypha.
They tell of the known and unknown heroes of our people. Of great story-tellers, the greatest artists. But also of the most terrible enemies and the closest friends.
Legends, tales, stories, poems, songs
- they were gathered by me, wrested from their doom and protected, so that they are not completely lost.
Our deeds may be undying, but yet they can be forgotten.
You, who reads these works, lock them into your heart and hold them. Hold them safe, carry them afar.
Herald them and let them be heard in every land.
That is true immortality!
- The Forgotten Apocrypha
gathered and written by
Viraïgon,
dark elvish Master of Picture and Word
Rune Paths
This is the tale of the folk of Jarnsalr and the people of Mirkwood.
It tells of the young woman Frøydis and her companions such as Wunjo and Kenaz, Kalf, Alfknutr and Aegaldréd. Together they sought for adventure and to free their home from the menacing plague of the Easterlings, threatening the lands of their kin.
Read,
and find out what role the Dark Elves led by Thangrineth and Achastelion play in this tale and how sometimes foes can find themselves intertwined in fate so close, that they stand together on the battlefield and draw swords together.
