From afar, he seems to be an ordinary man.

At a closer glance, you can see that he is very old, in his late seventies or early eighties, He is very healthy for a man his age. Occassionally he uses a staff or walking stick to assist him, but his movement resembles one much younger than he.

His appearance tells a different story. His hair and beard is almost completely white, his face wrinkled and displaying signs of age. A scar on his right cheek, as well as his left hand seeming to have been completely scorched at one point suggests that this man may have once been a warrior.

His wisened visage speaks of a lifetime of experience and a mind full of knowledge. At a glance one can see that this man has been through many hardships.

This was a man who had seen the Battle of Five Armies. A man who traversed the Wilderland to journey from Dale to Eriador. A man who studied with the Elves of Rivendell and learned of the lore and geography of Middle-Earth.
