Belegaran's journal, Fourteenth entry

Few weeks have passed since I wrote in my journal and many things have happened since I last wrote. I hope I shan’t wake Lu with all the writing I will be doing *laughs softly and hears Lu’s soft snoring* Well where shall I start.. Lu’s childhood friend came to our house recently and has advised me to do some exercising for the war coming ahead if the rumours prove to be true. I was not looking forward to that, however I have been doing exercise every day so far and I am getting into a rhythm.. Well I thought I was getting into a rhythm until Lu was in charge of my exercise training Yesterday. Good heavens above! There I was running laps around a course, jumping over fences, swimming goodness knows how long and not to mention a spar with a Dwarf merchant Lu knew. I reckon my life span got decreased by five years after all that. Also my poor Lu miscarried earlier this week from what would be our third child *glances at Lu with a sad expression, noticing her snoring has become louder* Poor Lu..also the healer told her that we should not have any babies as Lu could possibly die whilst giving birth. We talked long that night and she said sorry for not bringing any more babies to this world, though I told her I only want one thing from her which she has given me plenty since our courtship and that is her love. I could not imagine my life without her and we are blessed with the two most beautiful babies. Lu and I decided to have another journey and we will probably start packing Today and set out on Monday. The journey will not be as long as the Weathertop journey though, as we will stay a week in the northern parts of Bree Land and I think we have been around that area once already though Lu said we have not been there yet.. At any rate I reckon it will be another magnificent journey. *Notices the first light of Dawn peeking through their window and hides his journal underneath his pillows*
