The fallen are examined by the Warders. Virthalion reveals that the menfolk seem to be carrying some kind of virulent disease shown by the marks upon their skin.
The Lady Elisbeth reminds them of the stained ancient relics standing before them and speaks of what she learned upon them in the past.
