Chronicle Summary

Do yer need a song about food? About the good Shire life? Grand hobbit poetry? The odd badger? Then yer have come to the right place!

Chronicle Content

This is a collection of songs from the Shire, written by members of the Grand Order of the Lost Mathom. For the most part, the songs are about the Shire and the hobbits living there. Quite a few songs performed by The Songburrow Strollers are also in the book. The book is usually tucked away safely on a shelf in Songburrow Hall.

The handwriting in the book varies, and there are many crossed-over words and smudges. You can't help but notice the faint scent of pies and catfish as you open the book, and quite a few biscuit crumbs fall out as you turn the pages. It is all very comforting for hobbits.
