The Wildermore Giant - Meeting the Reeve of Harwick

The journey to Harwick was direct and uneventful, my Lord Elrond. The folk of Rohan, although wary of our kind, are preoccupied with their own troubles and give little attention to a lone disguised female Elf who quietly rides through and politely attends to her own business.

Aldor Harding, the Reeve of Harwick, has several serious issues facing his people, but I have focused our conversations on the area of your interest, Wildermore. He confirms the rumors that have come to you about a stone giant, somehow empowered and enraged, rampaging through that region, which is also in the grip of unusual wintry weather. He is grateful that someone is willing to investigate, for he has had no further word from Wildermore for some time. Unfortunately, due to challenges in the rest of the Wold, he has no riders to spare to accompany me; I did not mention my own familiars. After a day of rest and replenishing my supplies, I set out on the dawn of a clear day.
