Background
A cultured and well-travelled Elven Diplomat of Lothlorien. Arandlas has been travelling between the remaining elven strongholds both large and small (e.g. groups of only a few elves living in the wilderness) in order to help coordinate, and gather soldiers to defend Lorien and the other Elven domains in danger of attack from the Enemy.
Arandlas has been travelling back and forth for over a year now, occassionally stopping off at major points along the way to rest for a while and wait for other members of his diplomatic party to regroup (after they have split off from the main route along the way to visit smaller groups of Elves.
